Decision on granting one-time financial assistance for a newborn child
This Decision establishes the general conditions and method of exercising the right to one-time financial assistance from the Municipality of Sveti Martin na Muri for a newborn child.
Pravo na jednokratnu novčanu pomoć imaju roditelji za svako novorođeno dijete koje ima prebivalište na području Općine Sveti Martin na Muri u slijedećem iznosu:
– za prvo dijete 300,00 eur
– za drugo dijete 500,00 eur
– za treće i četvrto 750,00 eur
– za peto i svako slijedeće 1000,00 eur
Podnositelj zahtjeva dužan je dostaviti dokaze potrebne za ostvarivanje prava: presliku osobne iskaznice rodilje (koja živi na području općine Sveti Martin na Muri) presliku uvjerenja o prebivalištu djeteta (koje živi na području općine Sveti Martin na Muri) presliku rodnog lista rođenog djeteta presliku žiroračuna majke ili oca sa IBAN-om, presliku osobne iskaznice, OIB
Parents are entitled to a one-time financial assistance for each newborn child residing in the Municipality of Sveti Martin na Muri in the following amount:
– for the first child 300.00 EUR
– for the second child 500.00 EUR
– for the third and fourth 750.00 EUR
– for the fifth and each subsequent 1000.00 EUR
The applicant is obliged to submit the evidence necessary to exercise the right: a copy of the identity card of the mother (who lives in the Municipality of Sveti Martin na Muri) a copy of the certificate of residence of the child (who lives in the Municipality of Sveti Martin na Muri) a copy of the birth certificate of the born child a copy of the mother's or father's bank account with IBAN, a copy of the identity card, OIB
